Clinic Notes are shared, non-client-specific notes visible to the whole team or selected staff roles. Use them for shift handover notes, product shortage alerts, equipment issues, VIP client instructions, or any message the whole clinic needs to see immediately when they log in.

How It Works

Navigate to Notes → Clinic Notes → Add New Note

Write the note and assign it a priority level: Normal, Important, or Urgent

Set visibility: All Staff, Managers Only, or a specific location

The note appears on the dashboard for all relevant staff when they log in
